Evaluate Interoperability for Generic Features Clients with CSAPI Server

Confirm that a generic API – Features client (such as QGIS without a plugin) can connect to a CSAPI server as expected without issues (i.e., discover and explore the feature resources).

The criteria for this initial activity have been met and accepted. @SpeckiJ provided a live demo during the OGC Code Sprint 26 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, on 22 October 2025. I was able to reproduce nearly all of Jan’s results by downloading QGIS and connecting it to 52 North’s live, public-facing CSAPI reference implementation, available here: https://csa.demo.52north.org/. Future / additional work will be registered as new issues.
