1) remove Hamburger from all pages and make nav menu use WP_menu for content. This menu should appear on all pages and remain static to the top of the page. (logo fixed with scroll)
2) add “bring to top” icon/button/link fixed to the bottom right of the pages after scrolling away from top (@elliot will draw up a solution)
3) footer is being funky with the copyright…. make it better. (also, make sure it’s dark gray on about page #333333)
4) homepage scrolling:
a) Have list items travel slightly with scroll ❗️ @jalbertgagnier ☝️ this one is difficult to accomplish
b) bring top of “past” list down. currently top: 60px … maybe 120px?)
c) softer bezier curve
d?) maximize relationship of case study title and description (stuff of right). @david suggests making the title div narrower and increasing margin between list items (titles) when active

6) contact page update - I thought there was something missing (cc: @elliotarthur ) so I put together a photo essay type thing. I saved and optimized the photos with this convention contact-photo-1-bw.jpg (see layout and other design details, including reference for 4)d) )
7) QA on browsers/mobile (see Q/A Tasks #60 to log additional issues)
8) since we have an uneven team number Amir is centered, should probably flush left
in /about
9) footer text should match project titles on work page

14) The CFR email container width needs to be thinner, we're overlapping the content by 20px or so.
15) DBPS, CoO & Local Data backgrounds need to be the same grey as all the others. Currently it's the old site colors.

16) Top and Bottom margins between text elements need to be larger. Everything is very close and has lost it's breathability.
