Bug: unable to connect to xell via ip address V3.4.0 r2

Describe the bug

got the latest build V3.4.0 r2, unable to connect from runner to a corona xell image rgh3, xell obtaines ip address fine, runnner unable to connect to that ip and times out, unable to connect to xell via same ip via http also, tested windows 11 and android devices. Did not have this issue with older version day before.

normally can connect to 360 xell ip address and get cpu key

same issue, ive had 2 corona 16mb motherboards just not connect at all by ip as it was before in the last release.

pretty sure he meant trying to access the webui from his phone to get the key, not using j-runner on his phone.
