This mostly just moves files around to fit with what the ToC is. The only visible change is that the How-To/Working With sections are conceptually similar and have been combined under the package types. This makes it more discoverable to a user wanting to know how to do something with Word/PowerPoint/Excel. Subsequent changes will reduce the overlap between the files
