@lindalu-MSFT looks like I'm getting a warning for referencing https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/standard/net-standard because it's an absolute address - how should I link to this doc to deal with the warning?

@twsouthwick Per this document, you simply need to remove the "https://learn.microsoft.com" from the URL.
