Switches the auto-generated header from Javadoc (/**) to a block comment (/*) to stop Javadoc warnings in Spring HTTP interface clients. Updates modules/openapi-generator/src/main/resources/JavaSpring/libraries/spring-http-interface/httpServiceProxyFactoryInterfacesConfigurator.mustache and regenerates the Petstore sample, fixing #24277.
