Use case

Ability to transform an incident into a case (e.g. Incident Response) and reuse the following fields:

• incident description
• incident external ref
• incident granted ref (organisation sharing permissions)

Current Workaround

Manually reapply them

Proposed Solution

Extend the mapping currently in place (name,marking,label, severity, assignee, participant, creator) with the following fields: description, external ref, granted ref (organisation sharing permissions).
