Scrolling issue on Parameters/customization preventing entity types to be seen #14601

Description
On parameters/customzation, when viewing the list of entities, they are not fully displayed, it depends on your screensize & zoom level. Also you have infinite scroll.

Reproducible Steps
Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:
- go to customization page
- reduce the height of your window
- the list is incomplete
Expected Output
you should see all entities & be able to to scroll to see them. Once you have reached the bottom you should not be able to scroll infinitely.
