'report_types_ov' not showing in Vocabularies

Description

The Vocab 'report_types_ov' does not show up in the list of vocabs.

Environment

1. 6.9.22+

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Open Settings > Taxonomies > Vocabularies
2. See that 'report_types_ov' is not listed

Additional information

Interestingly, if you search for it separately, it does turn up!

This issue affects versions 6.9.22 and 7.x.

The display has a problem: the API response contains all the vocabularies, but they are not all displayed: "request_for_takedown_types_ov, request_for_information_types_ov, report_types_ov, reliability_ov…".
