Stream consumers should only return valid and ongoing consumers

Description

We need to ensure the stream consumers displayed in the drawer when clicking on a live stream are valid and ongoing consumers (ie check the consumers have a valid userId and a valid connectedAt date).
It'll avoid errors at the drawer opening and false number of consumers if the consumers list has not been purged and still contains former connections.
