Disrepectancies between the general search field and the search field to add entities in a report

Description

The general search field and the search field in a report (which we use to add entities) do not have the same settings/characteristics. As a result, some entities which can be found in the general search field cannot be found when searched in the search field of a report, which is problematic to add entities.

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Search "China" in the general search field. The country appears in the search results.
2. Go to the "knowledge" tab of a report and click on the button to add entities
3. Search for "China" in the search bar. No country appears in the results.

Expected Output

Have the same results when searching for entities in the different search bars in the platform.
