The 1.118.1 upstream merge resolved non-cortexide conflicts with --theirs, which replaced our README with the Microsoft VS Code one. Restored from pre-1.118.1-merge tag and refreshed for current state (OpenCortexIDE org casing, binaries download link, VS Code 1.118.1 base, hello@cortexide.com).
