Add Summary Section to Finalize Screen in Formplayer

User Story:

• As a user completing a form in Formplayer
• I want to see a summary of all my inputs on the final screen
• So that I can verify my data in one place before submitting the form

Details:

• Add a summary section to the last screen of the form (Finalize screen).
• The summary should display all entered data in a clear, organized manner.
• Users should be able to scroll through and review answers without navigating back to individual screens.
• Optionally, provide quick navigation links to edit specific answers from the summary.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All entered data is visible in a summarized format on the final screen.
• Users can easily verify and navigate to edit any field.
• The summary section is responsive and works on different screen sizes.
• No loss of data or form functionality.
