Deployment to the AUR

Tiny4Linux should be made available for direct use through various channels, one of which will be the Arch User Repository (AUR). The goal of this issue is to provide the current version in the AUR and to adjust the release pipeline so that new versions are deployed automatically.

Additional goals for future deployments and builds include:

• NIX User Repository (NUR) — Deployment to the NUR #38
• Flatpak — Deployment to Flatpak #39
• .deb/.ppm — Build deb and rpm files #18

The PR (#40) is ready. Only after the merge, the success is testable. Therefore bugfixing will be done without PRs, directly on main.
