Allows callers to disable the FT2-style super-soft 5ms volume ramping (kFT2VolumeRamping) that libopenmpt enables by default for genuine FastTracker 2 XM files. OpenMPT desktop does not enable this by default (Misc.SmoothFT2Ramping defaults to false), causing a audible difference between the two for note attacks.
