v1.9.0 - First OwnLocal Release

• Merges #1
• First release with OwnLocal code. Bumping minor version.
• Adds functionality to how the IntacctRuby::Request object handles functions on initialization.
• Minor improvements to how functions are created.
• Adds support for passing in a resultId when creating a readMore function.
• Removed Mocha as testing library. All tests use RSpec now.
