Transient runner/cache issue on the nightly / nightly-release / build-prqlc-c (macos-15, aarch64-apple-darwin) job. After the rust-cache restore, cargo build resolved to rustup-init (the installer) rather than the rustup proxy, producing error: unexpected argument 'build' found / Usage: rustup-init[EXE] [OPTIONS]. Failed job log.

Other macOS jobs on the same commit succeeded — including the sibling build-prqlc-c (macos-15, aarch64-apple-darwin, default,test-dbs) build in the same run — and the same nightly job succeeded yesterday. No workflow changes since.

Re-ran the failed job (attempt 2); it passed and the run is now green. Closing.
