Argument for Flag Tables in new Funcs #21

Could you add an argument for flags (TRUE/FALSE)? If TRUE, then use the relevant flag tables first to turn the flagged values in to NA before joining. Not sure about what the default should be, perhaps TRUE?

For first item above - make parameter non-optional, no default. Documentation for param needs to be good (roxygen2 needs modification && we need informative error messaging when param is left blank). Function docs should link - back to range checks.
