Mapping of Data Source to which Soil Table Type

From @jessicaguo and meeting notes:

• More of a challenge and what we should discuss: Currently there's no way to know which of the 3 organizational levels soil variables were recorded as. In sheet 2, if a soil variable is marked TRUE, then the associated location column should indicate individual, plot, or Whole study. We didn't ask submitters to describe this, so this might have to be done post-hoc in PSInet DB.

• For second item above - data description table. sensor_location - if FALSE NA, if not, individual, plot, whole study. Where to look. Is this a PsiNetDB. Sheet 2 modifications - big across the board application. Might be a little trickier here.

Could be in PSInetDB just prior to database creation. Will have some logic from the associated sheet9, but is fairly straightforward.
