Determine URL Scheme

As far as readability, something like this makes a lot of sense, for the upcoming event:

http://behonest.psu.gd/
```

Personally, I find this super readable, and makes sense as far as the top-level domains
As each event passes, it'll get archived as:

```
http://behonest.psu.gd/2015/
```

We might replace the homepage between events with a quick archive of links to past years' event pages.
