Follow-up to #4, per Aaron's course correction (2026-06-06): the work board had become an agent work-log — "less little things… much more human level tracking… simpler and clearer and maybe a bit less in the weeds," and the agent-coordination-via-board framing is walked back.

Changes

  • Replace the Orient→Claim→Log→Release dev ritual with a single paragraph: the board tracks human-level arcs; small fixes ride inside their arc's log; PR history holds fix-level detail; concurrent-session coordination happens in conversation, not board claims.
  • Entry pointer: drop the "who's working on what right now" emphasis (plain orientation remains).
  • Unchanged from docs: operate inside our parachute — team-vault orientation + dev ritual #4: team-vault orientation, + Add meeting intake path, no-vault-access degradation, governance delegated-list fix.

Mirrors the vault-side consolidation done today (12 micro work items folded into their arcs; board now ~15 human-level items, logged in Work/coherence-reconciliation-pass).

…Release agent ritual

Aaron (2026-06-06): the kanban accumulated agent-grain litter; he wants
human-level tracking and is walking back agent-coordination-via-board-claims.
Replace the 4-step dev ritual with the arc convention: work notes are
project-level threads, small fixes ride inside their arc's log, PR history
holds the detail. Coordination between concurrent sessions happens in
conversation, not via claims. Keeps the team-vault orientation pointer,
meeting intake path, and no-vault-access degradation from #4 unchanged.
