Steps To Reproduce:
- Give a building
Grinding=yes, Grinding.Sound=SomeSound and ReverseEngineersVictims=yes
- Send an eligible unit into the building
- Check if you can build the techno
Expected Behaviour:
A building with Grinding=yes, Grinding.Sound=Something and ReverseEngineersVictims=yes should result in units sent into the building to become buildable if they were not beforehand and are not disallowed from being reversed.
Actual Behaviour:
Units sent into a building with Grinding=yes, Grinding.Sound=Something and ReverseEngineersVictims=yes results in the grinding happening but the unit doesn't become buildable.
