Split DLC versions into two for each base game version

Change description

This is a follow-up PR to my Sword/Shield encounter PRs. I renamed the-isle-of-armor and the-crown-tundra to the-isle-of-armor-sword and the-crown-tundra-sword and added corresponding versions for Shield. Similarly, the-teal-mask and the-indigo-disk were split for Scarlet/Violet. Version names were updated and encounters added from #1564 for in-game trades and gifts from DLC were updated to link to DLC versions instead of Sword/Shield.
