VALIDATION.md led with "Status: NOT VALIDATED. No published DEFINE-UK result has been reproduced by this adapter yet" while the target table three sections below recorded target 1a as PASS on 2026-08-04, targets 2 and 3 closed, and reimplementation milestone 1 gated. Downstream pages cite this file as their record, so the contradiction read as an overclaim on their side rather than a stale line here. Replaced with a status that says what actually holds, target by target, and keeps the part that mattered: closed-at-the-achievable-ceiling is not passed, and a claim about this model has to name the target it rests on.
