[v1] Alert informing user for minimal qty sale is not visible on the cart page

Describe the bug and add attachments

1. Product added to basket
2. Cart is displayed
3. With v1 : Red alert "The minimum purchase order quantity for the product xxx is 3." is displayed for less than a quarter second
   With v2 : Red alert "The minimum purchase order quantity for the product xxx is 3." is not displayed

Expected behavior

1. Product added to basket
2. Cart is displayed
3. Red alerte "The minimum purchase order quantity for the product xxx is 3." is displayed as in classic theme :

Steps to reproduce

Precond :
Hummingbird v1 & v2
Set a product with a "Minimum quantity for sale" : 3 for example

Steps :

1. Add the product with minimum quantity for sale to basket
2. Click on the CTA "Proceed to checkout"
3. On the cart page, click on the '-' qty
