On the releases page, not a single release contains the Windows (CUDA) server zip. You've got the DLLs there, but not the package that contains llama-server.exe. And every hyperlink in the release notes for Windows (CUDA) is a "file not found."
I've just pulled the latest build by this link: https://github.com/PrismML-Eng/llama.cpp/releases/download/prism-b9596-9fcaed7/llama-prism-b1-9fcaed7-bin-win-cuda-12.4-x64.zip
Which was reconstructed from scraping the setup script.
