model-solutions-tag minOccurs attribute missing?

We are currently integrating the ProFormA-XML format into CodeHarbor (Hasso-Plattner-Institut Potsdam).
We noticed that there is no minOccurs attribute for the model-solutions-tag. Is this intended for some reason? If yes, what is the reason?

yes it's intended, just use the default which is set to "1".

In this case, there seems to be an inconsistency: The model-solution requires to refer to a file.
File-tags, however, are optional (minOccurs = 0).

minOccurs should be deleted.
