Compact layout below 768px so the dashboard is usable on a phone (it is now reachable from iOS via the home admin shortcut opening it in-browser): - admin shell switches to a column layout - AdminSidebar collapses to a horizontal scrolling tab strip - AdminDetailPanel becomes a full-screen overlay - Centers/Events/Moderation/Notifications/Users tabs adapt to narrow width Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Makes the web admin dashboard usable on a phone (compact layout < 768px). Pairs with the sibling PR that opens the web admin from the iOS home shortcut.
