## 问题 Tali 友情提醒触发过于频繁： - 检查间隔：每 90 秒 - 触发概率：25% - 平均触发：每 6 分钟一次 - 无冷却保护 ## 修改 1. 延长检查间隔：90 秒 → 5 分钟（300 秒） 2. 降低触发概率：25% → 10% 3. 添加冷却时间：触发后 30 分钟内不再触发 4. 平均触发频率：每 50 分钟一次 ## 影响 - 减少对用户的干扰 - 保持友好提示功能 - 用户仍可主动召唤 Tali
