[codex] Add semiconductor runtime indicators

Summary

• return SOXX trend, MA20, and MA20 slope indicators from IBKR and LongBridge runtime market-data helpers
• improve IBKR connection timeout diagnostics after TCP preflight succeeds
• add tests for the expanded indicator payload and timeout message
