Add configurable TQQQ unlevered sleeve

• add a configurable dual_drive_unlevered_symbol for the TQQQ Growth Income profile
• keep QQQ as the signal/benchmark source while allowing broker runtimes to trade QQQM
• document the live profile knob and add entrypoint/plan coverage
