[RTduino][stm32] 支持对接引脚的功能切换

因为RTduino在对接的时候一般会指定引脚的功能，如下代码所示：

这样引脚基本就是固定的，但是根据标准Arduino接口，D11、D12、D13引脚是可以作为PWM或者SPI的，所以如上情况我们需要把这几个引脚的PWM功能转换为SPI功能，所以本次就是为了达到这个目的
