I wouldn't call it "tests". Also, I guess this would fit better in "Writting microbenchmark" part in the README, no?

This feels like a lot for a README. Overexplaining gets in the way of experimentation, but lack of further reading gets in the way of retention. Give me the basics and then give me a hand when I get confused.
