[FR] Add 0.95 compression ratio

Description

Please add 0.95 compression ratio, because 0.90 adds too much artifacts. 0.95 compresses most of the size, yet doesn't add as much artifacts as 0.90.

0.95 compression ratio

Current Behavior

Only 0.9 which adds too much artifacts and 1.0 which doesn't compress at all.
