[FR] convert file to jpg format when past from image files

Description

Add a feature so that when pasting an image file, the software will automatically convert the image to JPG format and compress it. If the pasted image is already in JPG format, whether pasted from a file or the clipboard, it should also be compressed. It is hoped that a switch for this feature can be added.

Details

Some screenshot software, when you copy a screenshot, will automatically save the image as a file. At this time, when you insert the image, it will not be converted to JPG.

@livesoph I prefer instead of converting any png file to jpeg to improve detection of pasted screenshots. What's your screenshot tool?

• Note: In the configuration, check the option "Copy images as files"
• It is very useful when I want to save a screenshot as a local image(outside the obsidian vault)
