bug: Versions repeating in dialog explaining why patches are not compatible

Bug description

.toSet() of the versions should get rid of duplicates:

Also, the dialog should probably list the compatibilities of each patch, because some patches might support one and some other versions. Instead of a dialog clicking on these items or similar could show a dialog for each patch:

The question mark next to the title would just say: "These patches are not compatible with the selected app version. Click on the patches to see more details".

The user can then click on the patches individually and see their supported versions.
