New Weapon: HC42 Automated Hacking Tool

Primary weapon that allows the marine to hack if they cannot normally, or makes hacks easier in some way if they can. No ammo requirement, like the chainsaw. Picking up this weapon can cancel a "no tech marines" failure state if done during the countdown. We might want to have special logic to make the timer longer if this or the revive tool weapon are in the mission.

• Automatically switched to when starting a hack.
• Allows non-techs to override computers.
• Allows non-techs to play the hacking minigame.
• Note: Does NOT affect download time.
• Remaining bonuses apply to tech marines or to any marine if the hack does not normally require tech:
  • Bots using this weapon simply get a 40% hack time reduction.
  • For wire hacks with 1 wire and 1 row, does nothing.
  • For wire hacks with multiple wires, the last wire shows TV static, does not allow modification, and automatically counts as completed.
  • For wire hacks with one wire and multiple rows, the last column is TV static, does not allow modification, and can connect from any row to the end.
  • For computer hacks with fewer than 5 columns, the last column shows TV static, does not allow modification, and counts as aligned no matter what.
  • For computer hacks with 5 or more columns, the last two columns show TV static, do not allow modification, and count as aligned no matter what.
