App wide `Open in browser` option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There is a feed wide Open in browser but I would like to have this option on for every feed and marking each of them manually is a bit of a bother, especially when I add feeds via freshrss.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a global option in the settings for Open in browser: true/false that would be the default setting for a feed. Feeds could then override this feature with a Open in browser: true/false/default.
