Getting Magic Beans from Bean Seller even though I didn't receive it yet.

So, on Magic Bean seller check I got a different thing (don't remember what). After some time, I got back there and talk to him. I bought from him and he actually gave me the bean, which I don't think is intended after I got Magic Beans before.
