Timer overlap after soaring out of top of clocktower

If you visit the top of the clocktower with the skull kid enounter and song of soaring out, the 5 min timer is still applied after and overlaps

It also mooncrashes still at the end of the 5 min timer. Not sure if this is intentinal or not

Did not see any previous issue after search so hopefully this is not a repeat report
