Updated the icon and logo for the new fork

There is now new branding available.

The font in the new SVG logotype isn't displaying the same as the PNG version; you'll want to be sure to convert the text to curves/outlines. (Depending on what software you're using, the feature will have different names.)

Essentially, it "bakes" the letters of the text as raw shapes in the SVG, rather than referencing a font that the user may not have installed.
