Implement recorder script delivery and init-script injection through Playwright

Summary

Deliver the recorder injection path required for early browser instrumentation.

Scope

• Build and package the browser-side recorder script as a first-class artefact.
• Inject the recorder using Playwright-supported init hooks.
• Persist recorder version metadata with recording sessions.
