Not found on Maven Central

I can't find this on Maven Central: g:"com.retailmenot" AND a:"pairwise".

And when I add the following to my POM Maven cannot find the dependency:

    <groupId>com.retailmenot</groupId>
    <artifactId>pairwise</artifactId>
    <version>0.9</version>
</dependency>

I built and installed it locally and had no issues, but I could not find it on Maven Central either.

have you ever tried using Jitpack? I use it when there's no jar on maven central
