- Renamed all "unsigned" type declarations to "unsigned int"
- Converted all tabs to 3 spaces to maintain consistency
- Made Makefile a bit more consistent and fixed a few errors
- Removed static scope of n64split functions
- Added n64split.h for each n64split source file to include
