Changes Made
This PR adds the ability to change the thruster spin direction so that generated thrust matches the defined coordinate frame. As a result, users shouldn't need to modify the TAM to achieve the same behavior. This PR is in response to Robotic-Decision-Making-Lab/blue#431 (reply in thread)
