Update dependencies

Hi team, while working on conda-forge/staged-recipes#23324 we found that some dependencies are not listed as requirements:

• numba
• numpy
• scikit-image
• scipy
• vispy

Even if some dependencies come from other packages, if they are directly imported, they should be listed as a dependency in the setup.cfg file

Could you fix this for the next release?
