Browser mod, a much used custom integration for custom popups (amongst other things) has moved to the fire-dom-event syntax.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding support for action type fire-dom-event in the already dev-implemented header_actions.

Yes, this is what I get with fire-dom-event used with popup command from browser_mod on tap_action:

The exact same card with navigate instead works perfectly.
