Chapter 8 needs to be changed for file importing, editing, and formatting, as it is not using the correct syntax. It also has a few typos/logic errors that can be fixed.

@pearcej there is an issue where all of the code blocks in ch8.3 have the same code in them. I don't know why this is happening, but the source code in git hub looks correct.

Actually it appears to be happening in every chapter. me and @Tristan-Raz both are having it happen.

I suspect a caching issue. I am out running errands, but will look into it later on tonight.

The only thing to check is that you have different names (ie xml:ids) on each of the codebooks.

TODO:

• 8.3 needs restructuring. the third and 4th examples make more sense to be at the beginning, and there is no need to start the section with covering importing libraries.
• 8.4 needs a new introduction. current one references the creating a file section that is no longer before it.
• 8.4 needs a python example compared to a java one at the beginning.
• 8.4 currently uses concepts like 'filewriter' before they are introduced
• 8.5 code still needs to work the program should make a file and then delete it afterwards, cant be done with a normal data file.
