Adds support for 24-bit audio sample formats (
I24andU24) stored in 4-byte containers across multiple backends. Thanks to @abique that originally proposed this with #918, which this supersedes.Help test on Windows
Please help me test on Windows systems as I don't have access to a Windows development environment. The WASAPI implementation has been designed based on Windows audio API documentation but needs hardware validation.
