Add option to hide certain associations 

Would be best to be able to show this from the front end instead of in the initializer.

For example:

On the Instagrammer show page, under 'Associations' we see 'Notification', 'Rating', 'Invite', 'Proposal', 'Contract', 'Tagging', 'BaseTag'

We only want to see 'Proposal' and 'Contract'.  UI should allow to hide these without having to set a large array or hash in the config file.
